During the course, the students will learn about the importance of entrepreneurship in society: in employment, in the economy, and in individual choices. Students will also reflect on their own relationship with entrepreneurship and their own entrepreneurial opportunities. The course covers the basic concepts of business and entrepreneurship, entrepreneurship as a form of employment, and how to identify, present, and sell your own expertise. The course is worth taking, if you are interested in entrepreneurship as a social phenomenon, or if you are considering entrepreneurship as a career option, even as a sideline. The course is suitable for all sectors and you will be able to tailor the course tasks to fit your own industry. To complete the course, students need to have the basic tools for online learning (computer with internet access and camera, and video recording facilities). During the course, the participant becomes acquainted with the requirements of sustainable development, especially from Humak's point of view. The student learns the principles of sustainable development and to find solutions and operating models that support sustainable development. During the studies, the student gains access to a knowledge base through which they are able to promote the implementation of the principles of sustainable development. In particular, they are able to identify social and cultural sustainability challenges and recognize the diversity of the issues and problems involved. The online course requires the student to have access to a computer and the internet, as well as the use of study programs such as Hoodle and Zoom / Teams.
